We are looking for someone for whom communicating with customers is not a challenge, but an opportunity to hear the need, offer a solution and help the customer make a decision. This position is for someone who enjoys customer service, administration and sales. You will definitely not be bored - unless you try very hard.

Your main responsibilities
- Communicate with existing and new customers by phone, email and other communication channels.
- Manage customer inquiries and follow up so that they do not remain “somewhere between letters and good intentions”.
- Consult customers on the company's products, services and solutions.
- Make sales and identify additional customer needs.
- Assist the sales team in preparing offers, administering projects and preparing information for customers.
- Serve customers after sales: help resolve issues, coordinate further actions, ensure a smooth experience.
- Fill and update information in CRM or other internal systems.
- Prepare, check and administer information related to orders, offers or customer service.
- Collaborate with sales, technical support, project and other teams.
- Analyze the most common customer inquiries and suggest ideas for process improvement and automation.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve customer service quality and internal processes.
We are not looking for a perfect CV, but a team member who is willing to learn, knows how to communicate and has a healthy sense of responsibility.
What do we expect from you
- You are fluent in Lithuanian.
- You are able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
- You are responsible, organized and attentive to details.
- You are not afraid to ask questions, clarify and look for solutions.
- You are able to manage several tasks at the same time.
- You have good computer skills.
- You are willing to learn about products, services, customer needs and sales.
- You are able to communicate politely, clearly and professionally, even in critical situations.
- It would be an advantage if you have experience in customer service and working with request management systems.
- It would be an advantage if you have experience working with CRM or sales experience to business customers.
