Junior Customer Experience Manager (0.5 FTE)

We are currently looking for a Junior Customer Experience Manager to join the dynamic team at the Tele2 showroom in Vilnius. Do you want to learn, grow and develop? Work schedule: Monday - Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00.

We hope that you will be interested in:

• manage the flow of customers in the showroom, find answers to their questions and resolve situations;
• help customers choose the most relevant services, devices, etc.;
• create an excellent customer experience by serving them in a quality and pleasant way;
• take care of a cozy and tidy showroom environment (e.g. arranging the product range, checking product prices, maintaining the order and cleanliness of the showroom, etc.).

In order to succeed, you will need:

• a desire to learn and improve, and we will learn everything else together;
• good communication skills;
• the ability to keep a smile during conflict situations;
• excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian.

Base salary for 0.5 full-time position 688 EUR before taxes.
