💼What will you do every day
- You will observe the commercial real estate market and competitors' offers, collect and systematize information for project analysis.
- You will collect data about objects and help prepare presentations and newsletters for clients (using design, AI and PPT development skills).
- You will fill and maintain the database of clients / objects, place advertisements on online portals.
- You will help prepare proposals, contracts and drafts of work performance acts and reports.
- You will manage documents in an orderly manner and provide the necessary information to responsible colleagues in a timely manner.
🔑What we expect from you
- Higher education (or 2-4 years of studies) in business, economics, finance, marketing, real estate or a related field is an advantage.
- Real attention to the real estate market and numbers - following objects and trends must sound interesting to you.
- Ability to work with information in a structured way: collect data, accurately summarize and maintain it.
- Diligence, responsibility and "friendship" with details.
- Clear written and spoken Lithuanian; English is an advantage.
- Experience with real estate portals or sales is a great advantage, but not necessary; the most important thing is the desire to learn and grow.
- The desire to create sales materials, layout them, create PPT presentations and newsletters.
- Curiosity and desire to work with AI tools.
- The ability to plan time and work so that promises turn into results.
