Your job functions:
- assisting in organizing the company's cargo transportation and logistics processes;
- coordinating the movement of goods from order to delivery to the customer;
- organizing the dispatch of shipments, tracking and informing customers about the status of orders;
- monitoring transportation processes and providing information about deviations;
- preparing and administering transport documents;
- assisting in customs procedures and communicating with institutions;
- resolving primary logistical issues and transferring information to senior specialists;
- entering data and managing logistics documentation in the business management system;
- picking up or delivering shipments (if necessary).
Employee requirements:
- secondary or vocational education (advantage – higher education in the field of logistics, transport or customs);
- up to one year of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing or a related field;
- knowledge of warehousing processes and logistics principles;
- understanding of goods acceptance, quality control and document administration processes;
- good computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; advantage – Odoo);
- good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written), knowledge of other languages – an advantage;
- driver's license;
- advantage – customs broker's license.
