Nature of work
- Search for cargo for the company's own fleet of trucks (tilt or isothermal semi-trailers);
- Effective transport planning according to customer needs and company goals;
- Control of the transport process and active communication with customers and colleagues;
- Search for new customers and carriers and maintenance of long-term relationships with existing customers and carriers.
- Price setting and negotiations with customers;
- Operative problem solving;
- Ensuring customer needs and fulfilling transport orders.
Employee requirements
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written);
- Result-oriented and able to work independently;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a team and represent the company professionally;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to work with several tasks at the same time;
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
