Today, we invite a motivated and responsible Junior Analyst to the Artea Bank team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will analyze data related to Credit Risk, perform calculations, monitor and evaluate indicators, prepare various types of reports;
- You will participate in projects and develop new credit risk management processes and ensure the implementation of changes/recommendations;
- You will assist colleagues in carrying out credit risk management control activities, including credit portfolio quality monitoring, non-performing loan management, application of resolution tools and control over the effectiveness of the management of restructured positions, as well as provide recommendations on improving processes and procedures in controlled areas and assistance in the private client segment;
- I participated in the development and updating of credit risk procedures and procedures in accordance with supervisory requirements;
- I participated in the collateral assessment process, providing assistance to bank asset valuers;
- I cooperated with other bank departments in order to most effectively carry out the tasks assigned to the department and implement the assigned functions.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher education in the fields of economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, banking or business management (can be a final year student);
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, SAS skills;
- Practical experience working with SQL or Power BI (advantage);
- Experience in the field of lending, credit risk assessment or financial analysis, knowledge of regulatory acts governing credit risk management supervisory requirements, determination of expected credit losses, loan valuation or collateral valuation would be a great advantage;
- Responsibility, ability to react quickly and make decisions, absorb new information;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Clear and consistent adherence to a risk and compliance culture - the ability to integrate risk and compliance principles into decisions, ensuring transparent, reliable and sustainable operations.
