Position overview
Joining the international operations team, you will work with colleagues from sales and other departments to ensure that loan issuance runs smoothly and clients receive the highest level of service. You will also be responsible for managing client documents, assisting with notarial transactions, and actively contributing to the improvement of company processes.
Primary responsibilities
- Client documentation management and coordination of notarial processes in Lithuania
- Assistance in the loan issuance process: preparation of contracts, quality control and prompt execution of additional tasks.
- Direct communication with borrowers (farmers) - ensuring clear, timely exchange of information and a smooth process.
- Involvement in improving systems and processes, prioritizing operational efficiency and risk management.
- Participation in interdisciplinary operational projects, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Close cooperation with the team and other departments, ensuring a smooth flow of work.
Requirements
- Accuracy, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good practical skills in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork, ability to collaborate and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in an office in Vilnius and ability to adapt to a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
