Nature of work:
Join the UAB Legal Experts human resources team and become responsible for attracting talent and managing the recruitment process in an international company!
- Preparing and posting job advertisements on job search portals and social networks;
- Searching for qualified employees, organizing and conducting initial phone interviews with candidates;
- Administering candidate data in the internal selection system and coordinating the selection process;
- Ensuring a smooth recruitment process: preparing employment contracts and other necessary documents, coordinating the process and communicating with candidates, managers and other stakeholders;
- Administering the internal personnel management system and updating data;
- Preparing personnel reports;
- Assisting in performing daily administrative tasks of the human resources department;
- Assisting in implementing other team projects.
We hope you:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in personnel selection, personnel administration or document preparation;
- You sincerely enjoy communicating with different people, easily establish contact and create a positive atmosphere;
- You are attentive to details, responsible and able to independently organize your work;
- You know how to plan your time and effectively manage several tasks at the same time;
- You speak English well, and knowledge of Russian would be an advantage;
- You are proactive, result-oriented and want to take responsibility;
- You want to learn, develop and grow in the field of human resources.
