We are looking for a motivated and proactive person who wants to start or grow their career in HR. In this position, we will provide you with the opportunity to learn, take on more responsibilities, and grow with the team!
✅ Nature of work:
- Daily communication with the company's drivers and resolving their issues;
- Coordination of driver change and departure-return processes;
- Collection, verification and administration of driver violation data;
- Administration and archiving of violation statements;
- Cooperation with other company departments to ensure a smooth driver administration process.
✅ Candidate requirements:
- Fluent in Russian and English, both spoken and written;
- Good organizational and planning skills;
- Responsibility and diligence;
- Experience in logistics would be an advantage, but not necessarily necessary, as long as the person has good organizational and communication skills.
