Nature of work
- Assistance to the purchasing manager of the technical department;
- Assistance in communicating with suppliers of production equipment parts;
- Assistance in preparing proposals to clarify the requirements of technologists, production or the customer for the technical requirements of the equipment or equipment line;
- Assistance in ordering parts for furniture production lines. Ensure that parts are supplied on time and within the established deadlines;
- Assistance in implementing new design solutions that meet the technical requirements of the equipment;
Work schedule: I–IV 07:30–16:45, V 07:30–12:30 (possibility of working part-time);
Place of work: Fredos g. 2, Biruliškės, Kaunas district
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in technical, management, logistics or similar field.
- Experience in purchasing, supply, administration or similar position. (Advantage)
- Ability to work with MS Excel, e-mail and internal accounting systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly with suppliers by phone and e-mail.
- Knowledge of English.
- Diligence, responsibility, ability to follow deadlines and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Logical thinking and willingness to delve into technical issues.
- Ability to work in a team with technical, warehouse and production colleagues.
