Your responsibilities
- Plan and organize work on board, coordinate the team (advantage)
- Monitor the quality of work, deadlines and compliance with safety requirements.
- Plan the need for materials, tools and employees.
- Communicate with customer representatives and resolve daily project issues.
- Manage working time accounting and project documents;
- WORK WITH PROJECTS ABROAD.
Employee requirements
- Experience in ship repair, finishing, insulation or construction;
- Independence, organization and ability to coordinate people;
- English and computer skills;
- Possibility to work on business trips abroad.
