NATURE OF WORK:
- Ensure successful implementation of projects in cooperation with the project manager, architects, builders and other project participants.
- Actively communicate with clients: coordinate tasks, provide information on the progress of work and ensure smooth cooperation.
- Monitor and evaluate key project performance indicators, analyze estimates and prepare reports for managers.
- Together with the project manager, organize and coordinate processes: search for new contractors and architects, coordinate terms of cooperation, conduct negotiations, prepare tender materials, present proposals to clients and coordinate the conclusion of contracts.
- Together with the project manager, manage the project budget: check invoices, monitor budget execution and ensure smooth management of financial processes.
- Together with the project manager, administer and systematize construction documentation, coordinate object handover processes and participate in object inspections.

- You have experience in the field of construction or real estate development and want to contribute to the implementation of projects from idea to result.
- You are a person who not only performs tasks, but also sees the overall picture of the project and offers solutions.
- You have the ability to plan, coordinate processes and communicate with different parties - this helps you achieve results.
- You have a higher education (construction engineering is a great advantage).
- You have at least 1 year of experience in the field of construction, real estate development or project coordination (experience in individual house construction is an advantage).
