We are looking for a junior project manager who already has the basics and is ready to independently manage assigned parts of projects and grow into a full project manager role.
Nature of work:
- Working in project teams in planning, organizing and supervising construction and design processes
- Coordination of project participants (clients, designers, contractors) and ensuring communication
- Controlling project deadlines, tasks and progress
- Organizing meetings, recording decisions and ensuring their implementation
- Supervision and quality control of project and technical documentation
- Participating in making technical and organizational decisions
- Preparing and coordinating commercial proposals, contracts and other documents
- Identifying risks and solving problems during the project
Requirements:
- Higher education in construction, civil engineering or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in construction, design or project management
- Understanding of project management processes in construction
- Good organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team
- Ability to independently plan work and meet deadlines
- Good Lithuanian and English language skills
- Responsibility for decisions made and work results
- Category B driver's license
You will be successful in this position if:
- Able to manage information and project progress in a structured way
- Not only do you perform tasks, but you also see the broader picture of the project
- Able to make decisions and take responsibility for them
- You communicate effectively with different project parties
