What are we looking for?
The Lapinas Namai team continues to grow rapidly and is looking for several junior project managers.
The junior project manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the assigned company's construction processes, working with contractors, concluding and administering construction contracts, preparing and managing construction documentation, and other assigned tasks.

What do we expect from you?
- Experience in the construction sector (as an assistant project manager or project engineer) - MANDATORY.
- Knowledge of the specifics of residential construction - you have a good understanding of how private or apartment building construction projects work, you are organized and able to coordinate several processes at the same time.
- Strategic thinking and initiative - you not only follow the progress of tasks, but also look for ways to make processes more efficient.
- Clear and constructive communication skills - you know how to confidently communicate with project participants, reconcile different opinions and achieve the best result.
- Time planning skills and attention to detail - so that the work is completed on time and without reproaches.
Primary responsibilities
- Project planning, coordination, project budget and cost control.
- Preparation, maintenance and management of project documentation.
- Contract process and documentation management - you will prepare contract contracts, administer work schedules, control deadlines, check work acts and other documents accompanying the contract; coordinate contract processes and ensure that appropriate contract documentation is maintained, and be responsible for preparing technical tasks for contractors.
- Organization of tenders for the selection of contractors and suppliers: preparation of tender documentation, analysis of received offers, selection of contractors and suppliers.
- Management of the materials and equipment ordering process: ordering materials according to work schedules, filling out and administration of purchase documents.
