Nature of work
- You will assist experienced project managers at all stages of the ITS project life cycle - from participation in a public tender and planning to the final transfer of systems to the client.
- You will ensure communication between the internal engineering team, subcontractors and clients and coordinate the timely exchange of information.
- You will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, reports and contracts. The nature of the documents will depend on your experience and ability to absorb information.
- You will prepare and follow project implementation schedules, monitor deadlines and promptly respond to changes and emerging challenges so that work on roads and intersections is carried out on time.
- You will help coordinate the orders and delivery of the necessary ITS equipment (cameras, sensors, controllers, etc.) to the facilities.
Employee requirements
- You have a higher education (in engineering, management or related fields) or are a final year student who can work full-time.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills - you can manage several tasks at once and not get lost in the details.
- You have strong communication skills, are proactive, have the courage to solve problems and the ability to find a common language with both engineers and clients.
- You speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English.
- You have a burning eye, a desire to learn from the best experts in the field of ITS and strive to become an independent project manager.
- Category B driver's license (sometimes you will need to visit project sites).
