Our client is a rapidly growing commercial premises installation company, implementing projects in all Baltic States and cooperating with well-known international retail brands. The company implements various scale projects for the installation of shops, restaurants and other commercial spaces.
As the number of projects and the team grow, we are currently looking for an assistant project manager / junior project manager who would like to practically grow in the field of project management, gradually take on more and more responsibility and independently manage projects in the future.
About the position
This is not a classic administrative assistant position. Once you join, you will work together with an experienced project manager and be involved in the entire project cycle - from the analysis of project documentation and preparation for work to the handover of the object to the customer.
You will carry out the first projects together with the project manager to understand the requirements of customers, the principles of work organization and the specifics of the company's projects. As your experience grows, your independence and responsibility will also increase.

About the position

You will carry out the first projects together with the project manager to understand the requirements of customers, the principles of work organization and the specifics of the company's projects. As your experience grows, your independence and responsibility will also increase.
Your responsibilities
- Together with the project manager, plan and coordinate commercial facility installation projects from preparation to final handover.
- Analyze project documentation and technical drawings, calculate quantities of work and materials, contribute to the preparation of tender materials and commercial proposals.
- Participate in the initial acceptance of objects, check the scope of work, deadlines, schedules and other project documentation.
- Plan the progress of work, necessary resources and supply of materials.
- Coordinate the actions of project managers, suppliers, furniture manufacturers and other project partners.
- Monitor project implementation deadlines, quality of work and supply progress, timely notice possible risks and initiate solutions.
- Communicate with customers, coordinate the project progress, deadlines and solutions in case of deviations from the plan.
- Participate in the handover of objects, record remaining deficiencies and coordinate their elimination until the final completion of the project.
What we expect from you
- Experience in construction, interior design, finishing or similar technical environment would be a great advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings, design documentation and understand scope of work.
- Ability to calculate quantities of work and materials and work with Excel.
- Good planning, prioritization and deadline control skills.
- General understanding of interior design, electrical, plumbing and HVAC works would be an advantage.
- Diligence, systematicity, responsibility and attention to detail.
- Initiative and ability not only to notice a problem, but also to find a solution to it.
- Ability to communicate constructively with colleagues, clients, suppliers and other project partners.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain professionalism under intense project deadlines.
- English language skills necessary for working with international clients, partners and project documentation.
- Russian language skills to communicate with team members and employees at the facilities.
- Driver's license and the ability to travel to facilities in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

What we offer
- 3,300–4,100 EUR gross salary, depending on experience and competencies. The specific amount of remuneration is discussed individually with the candidate.
- After the probationary period – a company car or compensation for the use of a personal car. During the probationary period, a company car is provided for travel to the facilities.
- A clear direction of professional growth to the position of project manager – you will work together with an experienced project manager and gradually take on more and more responsibility.
