What are we looking for?
The Lapinas Namai team continues to grow rapidly and is looking for another Junior Project Manager.
The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the assigned company's construction processes, working with contractors, concluding and administering construction contracts, preparing and managing construction documentation, and other assigned tasks.

Nature of work
The Junior Project Manager will manage the construction processes assigned to him/her and work with contractors and suppliers.
- You will plan and coordinate the assigned construction work.
- You will coordinate the scope of work, deadlines and necessary resources with contractors.
- You will prepare contract agreements and technical terms of reference.
- You will check work acts and other contract documents.
- You will monitor work schedules, deadlines and costs.
- You will organize the selection of contractors and suppliers, evaluate the received offers.
- You will order the materials and equipment necessary for the work.
- You will prepare and manage documents related to procurement and construction work.
What we expect from you
- Experience in the construction sector, such as assistant project manager or project engineer, is required.
- Knowledge of the residential construction process.
- Ability to plan work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work with contractors and suppliers.
- Attention, responsibility and initiative.
- Category B driving license and own car.

- 2,100–2,700 EUR salary in hand, depending on experience and competencies.
