MV Supply is an international company that has been operating for more than 19 years, developing and implementing modern warehousing and industrial safety solutions for business. The company works with projects of various scales in 17 countries, cooperates with well-known manufacturing, logistics and trade companies and is constantly expanding its activities in international markets.

We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager who will take care of the progress of international projects, cooperate with business clients and project teams and have the opportunity to learn and grow.

If you want to not only coordinate processes, but also see how your work turns into real projects in different European countries - this opportunity is for you!

IN THIS HEADING:

  • Coordinate the implementation of international projects, collaborate with project managers, clients and work teams. I will develop approximately 5 projects at a time.
  • Administer inquiries from existing B2B clients, clarify their needs, prepare estimates and commercial proposals. Work together with project managers.
  • Contribute to project planning: coordination of work schedules, deadlines, required employees, equipment and other resources.
  • Maintain contact with clients and work managers, monitor project progress, ensure smooth communication and prompt problem resolution.
  • If necessary, go on short business trips to project implementation sites throughout Europe.

THE COMPANY OFFERS:

  • €2,800–3,500 gross monthly salary, depending on experience.
  • Clear career prospects – you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced project managers, gradually take on more responsibility and in about 1–2 years, depending on experience and results, you will be able to grow to the position of an independent project manager.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Have experience in a B2B environment – working with business clients, coordinating projects, orders or other operational processes. Experience in technical projects, construction, production is an advantage.
  • Able to effectively plan work, manage priorities and communicate promptly.
  • You are attentive to details, able to solve problems promptly and maintain composure in a dynamic environment.
  • You speak English fluently. Knowledge of German would also be an advantage.
