Full-time work in Vilnius with a clear perspective to become a PROJECT MANAGER.
The goal of the Junior Project Manager position is to make the work of the project manager more efficient by taking over part of the
load (performing time-consuming, but simple tasks).
Tasks:

The goal of the Junior Project Manager position is to make the work of the project manager more efficient by taking over part of the
load (performing time-consuming, but simple tasks).
Tasks:
- logistical tasks (suppliers -> production; production -> customer; preparation of shipments in the office or at suppliers; work with the shipment processing system, etc.);
- photo monitoring of ongoing work, preparation of reports, presentations;
- supervision of simple production and assembly work;
- reception, coordination, quality and process sequence control of orders received from customers;
- formation, coordination, quality and process sequence control of orders sent to suppliers.
First year tasks:
- accurate and timely execution of small, simple and final tasks;
- learn, understand and take over larger individual parts of projects and develop the ability to independently and successfully implement simple projects;
- understand and learn company processes. Acquire the necessary experience and knowledge necessary for the position of project manager.
Employee requirements
- computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- English (required);
- Russian (advantage);
- driver's license (category B). Work-related travel: ~1000km/month;
- ability to base decisions on mathematical calculations;
- attention to detail, diligence, curiosity, desire to improve, honesty and responsibility.
- ability to concentrate and maintain attention during the task.
