Junior Estimator / Engineer (HVAC, VN)

You will prepare estimates for HVAC and VN systems and contribute to project budget planning.
You will analyze project documentation, evaluate technical solutions and search for the most optimal options
You will check bills of quantities, perform calculations and prepare data for project implementation.
You will search for the most effective solutions to optimize project costs, while maintaining a high quality standard.
You will monitor changes in construction market prices, analyze supplier offers and test different technical solutions.
I will cooperate with project managers, engineers and partners to achieve accuracy in calculations and smooth project implementation.

You have a university or higher engineering education.
You have accumulated experience in the field of HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
You are able to read technical drawings and understand project documentation.
You have experience working with estimate calculation programs (an advantage is "Astera").
You are responsible, meticulous and focused on quality results.
You are able to independently plan your work, make decisions and cooperate in a team.
You are characterized by technical and analytical thinking, you quickly navigate situations and look for effective solutions.

Salary review based on competency growth.
