Join and you will be responsible for:

Communication with customer users, by phone, e-mail. by mail, through the Service-now system.

Registration of IT referrals. Collection of additional information;
performance of scheduled IT equipment renewal works, installation of IT equipment;
Maintenance of standard programs (Windows, Office suite, antivirus), user consultation, assistance and training;
IT referral solution;
IT farm documentation update.

We are waiting for your CV if:

Has a higher university/non-university education in the field of IT or is studying in the last year;
Has at least 0.5-1 years of experience in analogous or similar positions;
Knowledge of: Microsoft Windows 11/10/8/7, Microsoft 365 environment, Microsoft AD, GPO;
Knowledge of writing and reading scripts;
You speak and write in English;
Service-now knowledge (advantage).
