Join and you will be responsible for:
Communication with customer users, by phone, e-mail. by mail, through the Service-now system.
- Registration of IT referrals. Collection of additional information;
- performance of scheduled IT equipment renewal works, installation of IT equipment;
- Maintenance of standard programs (Windows, Office suite, antivirus), user consultation, assistance and training;
- IT referral solution;
- IT farm documentation update.
We are waiting for your CV if:
- Has a higher university/non-university education in the field of IT or is studying in the last year;
- Has at least 0.5-1 years of experience in analogous or similar positions;
- Knowledge of: Microsoft Windows 11/10/8/7, Microsoft 365 environment, Microsoft AD, GPO;
- Knowledge of writing and reading scripts;
- You speak and write in English;
- Service-now knowledge (advantage).
