OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- The main purpose of the position is to assist the Construction Manager in supervising the construction work at the site
- Coordination of the work performed by the team and subcontractors
- Assistance in drawing up work schedules and controlling them
- Control of resources provided for the site
- Filling in construction logs, controlling the costs of the construction site
- Ensuring work safety requirements at the construction site
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher/higher education (engineering/construction/technical) – Attention! Final year students are also invited to apply!
- Wish to grow to the position of Construction Manager in the future
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, technologies and applicable legislation
- Responsibility, organization, result orientation and ability to make independent decisions
- Expected start of work – in the “Optimisto” project (Žeimenos g. 90): optimistas.lt/
