Join our equipment maintenance team as a junior technician. Working with experienced colleagues, you will help ensure the smooth operation of production equipment, gain practical knowledge and grow to the position of an independent technician.
Join our equipment maintenance team as a junior technician. Working with experienced colleagues, you will help ensure the smooth operation of production equipment, gain practical knowledge and grow to the position of an independent technician.
Responsibilities
- Clean, prepare and assemble equipment components according to established procedures and quality requirements.
- Assist experienced colleagues in performing scheduled maintenance of vacuum coating systems and other production equipment.
- Participate in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment failures.
- Maintain maintenance records and collect equipment performance data.
- Maintain tools, materials and workplace in order according to 5S principles.
- Maintain cleanroom discipline and work safety requirements.
Main mission
Help ensure the safe and reliable operation of production equipment without unnecessary downtime, by following established maintenance procedures and consistently developing the competencies required to become a self-employed technician.
Requirements
- Technical education in mechanics, electricity, mechatronics or similar field or ongoing studies.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and drawings.
- Diligence, responsibility and curiosity about technology.
- Knowledge of English sufficient to read technical documentation.
- Experience working with vacuum, pneumatic or electrical equipment (advantage).
- Experience working in clean rooms (advantage).

- Salary: €1,550–2,300 gross per month (final offer will depend on experience and scope of responsibilities).
- Job type: full-time, on-site work in Vilnius with advanced laser optics manufacturing equipment.
