ABOUT POSITION:
At reefo we are developing real estate projects and are looking for someone who would like to start their professional career in the real estate business.
This position may be right for you if you are just starting your career or already have first-hand experience in the real estate field and want to get to know how the real estate business works.
Your main responsibility will be the smooth daily operations of our office, and your legal knowledge will come in handy when supporting the HR and sales teams. We are looking for someone who is a natural at helping, taking care of and connecting different issues – from everyday office life and a new colleague’s start to coordinating documents or a real estate transaction.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- you will take care of the smooth daily operations of the reefo office - administrative and organizational issues;
- you will contribute to solving daily employee issues - you will help the staff prepare and administer contracts and other documents and contribute to other personnel work;
- you will coordinate the real estate sales transaction process and related documents;
- you will ensure the smooth flow of information and documents between clients, notaries, sales team and other partners;
- you will contribute to the installation and administration of sales points in our real estate projects;
- you will assist at Open Houses and help the sales team with other daily project work;
- you will contribute to the administration of company contracts and other current legal issues.
WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING?
- have or are currently obtaining a legal education;
- are at the beginning of your career or already have first experience in the field of real estate, law, sales or administration;
- like order in work, agreements and details;
- are equally comfortable with documents and people;
- are able to independently organize and complete tasks;
- are curious, proactive and willing to learn;
- have a category B driver's license and drive;
- are interested in the world of real estate and want to get to know it up close.
