What will be your responsibilities?
- You will prepare inquiries, requests, responses and other legal documents for state and other institutions.
- You will examine requests, complaints and other applications of natural and legal persons and prepare draft responses.
- You will help represent the interests of the company in relations with the VDI, the Labor Disputes Commission, law enforcement and other state institutions.
- You will prepare and administer documents related to labor disputes and other legal processes.
- You will search for, analyze and provide conclusions on legal acts and legal information.
- You will prepare, review and update the company's internal documents: rules, procedures, orders and other related documentation.
- You will administer fines, debts and other legal requirements related to the company's activities.
- You will participate in commissions, meetings and audits, prepare minutes and other documents if necessary.
- You will collect, systematize and summarize legal information, prepare reports and recommendations.
- I collaborated with various departments of the company, resolving daily legal issues and finding the best solutions.
What do you need for successful work?
- University legal education (Master of Laws qualification degree). Specialization in labor law would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the fundamentals of the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Ability to effectively search, analyze and practically apply legal acts and other legal information.
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills and the ability to prepare clear, correct and reasoned official documents.
- Knowledge of English, which would allow working with documents and communicating smoothly in a professional environment.
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to systematize large amounts of information, meet deadlines and independently plan one's work.
- Initiative, curiosity and desire to constantly learn and deepen legal knowledge.
- Knowledge of Russian (an advantage).
- Experience working with state institutions or in state institutions (an advantage).
