What responsibilities will we entrust to:
- prepare corporate documents of the company;
- prepare and review contracts, notifications, claims and other documents related to the execution of contracts;
- prepare and review internal procedures, other internal documents;
- perform analysis of legal acts, systematize information;
- cooperate with SBA group companies in providing/obtaining the necessary information;
- perform other ad-hoc tasks of the manager.
We believe that you:
- you have a university degree in law;
- you have up to one year of work experience as a junior lawyer;
- you are fluent in Lithuanian and English (oral and written);
- you have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- you are able to work in a dynamic environment;
- you are diligent and able to responsibly carry out assigned tasks.
