Junior Transport Manager (Portuguese) – we train

In this position, you will be responsible for the smooth organization of cargo transportation, communication with customers and carriers, and effective transport management. You will actively communicate with Portuguese-speaking drivers, look for transport solutions, and ensure high-quality transportation.

We are looking for someone who we will train to independently organize their work, maintain professional contact with customers and our drivers, and promptly resolve emerging situations.

Your responsibilities

Organize and coordinate international cargo transportation;
Search and coordinate transport solutions according to customer needs;
Communicate with Portuguese-speaking drivers;
Coordinate transportation prices, conditions, and terms;
Ensure smooth execution of orders from receipt to completion of transportation;
Promptly resolve emerging problems and non-standard situations;
Administer transportation-related information and documentation;
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Good knowledge of Portuguese is essential;
Good knowledge of English;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Result-oriented, proactive and responsible;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, solving problems quickly;
Good computer skills.

The final salary will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies and their compliance with the duties.
