- Organization, coordination and control of international cargo transportation;
- Cooperation with international partners, carriers and subcontractors;
- Customer service, ensuring the smooth provision of transportation services;
- Negotiations with subcontractors, carriers;
- Processing of necessary documentation and data.
Employee requirements
- Quick orientation and ability to solve non-standard situations;
- Attention to detail, responsibility and independence;
- Good knowledge of English (mandatory);
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Communicative skills, desire to achieve set goals and constantly improve;
- Experience in organizing cargo transportation / expedition in Western European markets is an advantage;
- An additional advantage is knowledge of Polish, Russian.
