We are currently looking for a Junior Manager to join our team - could it be you?

✅ Assistance to managers in daily activities – administration of orders in the CRM system, data entry, preparation and sending of documents to clients;
✅ Conclusion, administration, registration of contracts with clients;
✅ Work with the GPAIS system – data refinement and coordination of information with clients;
✅ Coordination of orders and information – communication with clients and cooperation with logistics and other departments;
✅ Work with new clients – active calls, search for new clients, database update and segmentation;
✅ Work with existing clients – active calls, database update and segmentation;
✅ Representation of the company at events, exhibitions, conferences.

🖥️ Ability to work with systems and manage large amounts of information;
🗣️ Good communication skills and willingness to work with customers;
📚 Similar administrative or customer service experience (advantage);
🌍 English language skills (advantage).
