In this position, the Visual Advertising Project Coordinator will ensure that the SENUKų brand looks flawless in retail stores – from navigational signs and seasonal displays to store facades and Christmas decorations. If you enjoy managing processes, negotiating with suppliers, and seeing your ideas “come to life” in real stores – this position is for you.
Your responsibilities
- You will order, systematize and implement advertising materials in retail stores;
- You will prepare and coordinate visual advertising projects for obtaining municipal permits;
- You will develop and implement internal visual advertising solutions - navigational links, stand design, information posters;
- You will organize and supervise external visual advertising - logos, awnings, directional links;
- You will ensure that projects are implemented on time and with high quality;
- You will maintain contact with store managers and promptly resolve any issues that arise;
- You will organize manufacturer competitions and choose the best price-quality ratio;
- You will manage and control advertising budgets;
- You will organize the Christmas decoration of store facades every year;
- You will supervise the production of long-term and short-term visual advertising;
- You will form and supervise tasks for designers-layouts.
Hopefully
- You have experience coordinating visual advertising, POS materials or similar projects;
- You are able to independently manage several projects at the same time and meet deadlines;
- You have experience in budget planning and cost control;
- You communicate well and are able to find a common language with different parties - store managers, suppliers, municipal representatives;
- You have an understanding of visual design and a sense of brand identity;
- You are organized, result-oriented and attentive to details;
- You have a driver's license (visits to stores are expected).
