FUNCTIONS
Assist in the administration of cargo claims related to road haulage and general cargo transportation;
Collect, systematize and update information about claims in the company's database;
Communicate with customers, carriers, insurance companies, colleagues and drivers on claims administration issues;
Prepare or assist in the preparation of claims to carriers for cargo claims;
Administer fines, deductions and other related documents submitted by customers;
Provide information to colleagues about the progress of claims administration;
Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS
Legal education or in the last years of law studies;
Knowledge of the basics of the CMR Convention and a desire to deepen knowledge in the field of transport/cargo damage;
English language skills at least at B2 level; knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.;
Diligence, responsibility, ability to systematize information and meet deadlines;
Good communication skills and the ability to constructively resolve situations with clients, carriers and other parties;
Good computer skills, especially MS Office.
