About the position:

We are looking for a youth worker who wants to create a safe, open and inclusive environment for young people, help them discover their strengths, implement their ideas and grow. Your work will be:
- To carry out open work with youth – to organize activities, individual and group consultations, events, taking into account the needs of youth.
- To create trust-based relationships with youth, communicate without prejudice and help overcome emerging challenges.
- To initiate, plan and implement creative activities and projects.
- To cooperate with colleagues, partners and other organizations working with youth.
- To carry out administrative tasks – to prepare activity plans and reports, record performance indicators, publicize the institution's activities on social networks.
What do we expect from you:
- Education or studies in one of these fields as a social worker, social pedagogue or psychologist.
- Understanding of the principles of non-formal education and the specifics of working with youth.
- Ability to establish and maintain a trusting relationship with young people.
- Ability to work both individually and with groups.
- Ability to constructively resolve conflict situations.
- Responsibility, initiative, creativity and openness to new ideas.
- Computer skills and knowledge of the English language.
