In Vilnius, we are looking for youth workers to work in open youth centers:
👉“Ponamis” - open youth center in Vilkpėde
👉 Spotas - open youth center in the Old Town
👉 Pulsas - open youth center in Žvėryne
👉 Open youth center “Olimpija” in Vilkpėde

We offer:
🔶 0.5 full-time job and flexible schedule - with 0.5 full-time job, you should work 3/4 evenings a week from 4-8 p.m. plus non-contact time;
🔶 818–980 € salary before taxes, depending on experience and education. Salary limits may be higher, depending on the candidate's experience and education;
🔶 meaningful work with young people;
🔶friendly team and opportunities for professional development.

It is necessary to have:
✅ higher education in the field of social work, psychology, pedagogical education sciences. And in the absence of a suitable higher education (however, higher education is a prerequisite) - a youth worker certificate issued by the Youth Affairs Agency;

We expect that:
✅ have experience working with young people;
✅ are able to resolve conflict situations and maintain boundaries;
✅ understand the principles of non-formal education.

We are looking for employees for different branches of the Vilnius Open Youth Center "Mes".
