Why we are looking for:
"Youth Line" is one of the largest and longest-running NGOs in Lithuania, providing emotional support to young people 24/7 by phone and online. Our team consists of 14 employees and 500 volunteers.
This fall, we are starting a new stage in the history of the organization - we are opening a branch in Šiauliai. Together, we will form the city's first community of emotional support volunteers and are looking for someone to help it grow.
This is a unique opportunity not only to lead a new branch, but also to become an ambassador of "Youth Line" in Šiauliai - to mobilize people, create partnerships and contribute to strengthening emotional health throughout the region.

What kind of work do we offer:
You will be responsible for the creation and growth of the "Youth Line" community in Šiauliai. You will mobilize volunteers, coordinate the activities of the unit and help build the organization's visibility and connections in the region.
Your responsibilities:
▪️ create and coordinate the "Youth Line" volunteer community in Šiauliai;
▪️ take care of the involvement, motivation, learning and support of volunteers;
▪️ ensure the smooth operation of the unit, adhering to the "Youth Line" processes and quality standards;
▪️ contribute to the attraction of new volunteers and communication in the Šiauliai region;
▪️ establish and maintain relations with organizations in the Šiauliai region, represent "Youth Line" in the local community, events and initiatives.
Your responsibilities:

The company offers
Salary: from 1700 to 2050 Eur/month excluding taxes and annual bonus for achievements.
Start of work: beginning of September 2026.
