DEPUTY MANAGER OF JD STORE - VILNIUS, AKROPOLIS

Job Description: As part of the store management team, you will assist the store manager in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will perform various tasks and ensure that the KPI indicators of the store are achieved. In the absence of the manager, you will be the first point of contact in the store and will motivate the staff to sell and serve customers in accordance with JD SPORTS FASHION PLC standards in order to exceed the set sales targets.

Customer service

• Ensure that customers are served attentively and responsibly throughout their visit
  
• Handle complaints and inquiries professionally and as quickly as possible
  
• Ensure that the appearance and dress standard of the employees is in line with company standards
  
• Know the mystery shopper program and customer satisfaction surveys
  

Sales

• Ensure the implementation of goals and, if possible, their exceeding
  
• Understand and explain internal store reports
  
• Use the equipment in the shop and ensure that the staff also use it where possible
  
• Know how to analyze store visitor traffic (Footfall), Average Transaction Value and Conversion
  

Goods arrangement

• Attract, engage and encourage customers to purchase merchandise using the latest merchandise placement techniques
  
• Ensure the implementation of the points specified in the weekly instruction
  
• Ensure proper prices of all goods, implementation of price changes and proper placement of goods at the counter (English Point of Sale)
  
• Always ensure the cleanliness and orderly arrangement of goods
  

Training and education

• Educate employees and promote their professional development
  
• Monitor the Training and Education website and follow the progress of employees based on the results of electronic training courses (E-Assessments)
  
• Participate in the process of employee selection and introductory training of new employees, as well as further training
  

Skills/Experience/Knowledge Required

• Management experience in retail would be an advantage
  
• Excellent time management skills
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  
• Ability to work with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel programs
