Jira Project Manager

Currently, NARBUTAS is looking for an experienced JIRA Project Managerwho would help businesses effectively transform needs into structured solutions in the Jira ecosystem (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence). In this role, you will be responsible for gathering business needs, analyzing processes and implementing them by creating and optimizing JIRA projects, workflows and automations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Managing digitalization projects in Jira from idea to implementation.
• Collect, analyze and formalize business requirements from different departments.
• Transform business needs into Jira/JSM solutions (workflow, issue types, permissions, automation rules).
• Continuous monitoring and optimization of existing Jira projects, ensuring effective cooperation with business customers and implementation of their needs.
• Create Confluence spaces, documentation and knowledge bases.
• Train new users and consult existing ones.
• Contribute to standardization of solutions and improvement of user experience.

FOR SUCCESSFUL WORK YOU WILL NEED:

• Practical experience in configuring and developing Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence solutions.
• Experience in project management or business analysis.
• Ability to collect and structure business requirements.
• Practical understanding of workflow creation, configuration and optimization in the Jira environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Independence and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

SALARY:

Hourly wage:19.53 - 24.40 €/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly wage: 3258 - 4071 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

The organization applies a cumulative accounting of working hours.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
