Nature of work
- Develop and improve company systems using AI tools.
- Design new CRM functions and implement their improvements.
- Develop AI agents and automate daily business processes.
- Integrate various systems via API.
- Develop internal tools for sales, logistics, production and administration processes.
- Use modern AI programming tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for faster solution development.
- Analyze employee work processes and propose solutions for their automation.
- Test, maintain and continuously improve the developed systems.
- Search for new AI solutions that could be applied in the company's activities.
Employee requirements
- Practical experience using AI programming tools (Codex, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar) to create working systems is required.
- Logical thinking and the ability to quickly solve problems.
- Ability to independently create a solution from an idea to a working product.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and the latest technologies.
- Programming basics (PHP, JavaScript, Python or another language).
- University education or studies in the field of IT (can be a final year student).
A big advantage if you have created:
- AI agents.
- Chatbots.
- MCP servers.
- n8n or Make automations.
- API integrations.
- Web applications.
- Discord, Telegram or WhatsApp bots.
- RAG systems.
- AI workflows.
- SaaS projects or other actually used internal tools.
