Junior business analyst

Business Development department based in Vilnius is looking for a new team member who believes that Data powers everything we do and is a bit obsessed with evidence-based analytics, passionate about winning and is ready to go forward together with Business development team.

Manage product assortment:

• Develop and maintain product assortments
  
• Design planograms to optimize product placement and visibility
  
• Use sales data to adjust assortments and planograms, ensuring optimal stock levels
  

Commercial analytics & reporting:

• Perform commercial analysis (market, sales, profitability, assortment, promotions, etc.)
  
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and business tools
  
• Actively participate in Value Management initiatives and Business Development projects
  

Work closely with commercial teams:

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support commercial decisions and deliver data‑driven insights across various business initiatives.
  

Communication & presentation:

• Build business related presentations
