In this position, you will be an advisor for e-commerce and financial services to clients from Lithuania and abroad. In this position, you will be an advisor for e-commerce and financial services to clients from Lithuania and abroad. Your key responsibilities:
- Communicate with existing clients from Lithuania and other countries around the world by phone and email;
- Advise clients on e-commerce and financial services;
- Review e-commerce project applications and activate services;
- Verify the identity of new clients and register them in the system;
- Expect to perform routine daily tasks using Gemini or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent computer skills and fast typing – it will help you to communicate effectively and efficiently with our clients;
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English – it will help you to understand the client's enquiry or problem correctly;
- Communication skills – it will help you communicate with the client and respond to their queries;
- Attentiveness and thoroughness – it will ensure that the data provided by the client can be entered into the system without errors;
- Experience in customer service (this would be an advantage);
- Knowledge of other foreign languages (this would be an advantage) – it will help you to communicate with -clients from different countries;
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like Gemini and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
