What you'll do

• Ensure the coordination of administrative processes related to waste removal and disposal/realization in Lithuania
  
• Administrate invoices and accruals, track costs, and identify discrepancies
  
• Compile and maintain data, prepare reports (including NRT/Natural Resources Tax, deposit system, etc.) and presentations
  
• Participate in the coordination of goods delivery/handover processes
  
• Conduct audits in stores and warehouses, verifying compliance with waste sorting and management requirements
  
• Cooperate with involved stakeholders, ensuring an efficient flow of information
  
• Participate in the implementation of systems, processes, and guidelines
  

About you

• Secondary education or equivalent professional diploma
  
• Previous work experience in administrative tasks
  
• Experience in waste management will be considered an advantage
  
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English
  
• Good skills in using Google Workspace and/or MS Office
  
• Ability to work with documents and data, ensuring accuracy
  
• Good communication and decision-making skills
  
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  
• B driver's license
