Junior IT Project Manager

About the product:

Business management system for logistics accounting and management - for transportation, forwarding and manufacturing companies. The system is used by more than 700 companies, and in the Baltic States we hold the largest market share. The product is well-regarded and competitive - about 80% of customers come through recommendations.

We invite you to join a team that directly communicates with customers, collects and analyzes their needs and helps to implement them - often independently, without the classic "handover to the programming team".

You will work with our internal no-code / vibe-code tool, using which you will independently create the necessary reports, notifications, dashboards and documents. You will also help adapt this tool to the real needs of customers and contribute to shaping its further development direction.

Your responsibilities:

• Communication with customers, collection and analysis of their needs and wishes;
• Design and implementation of solutions using the internal no-code / vibe-code tool;
• Transferring more complex, programming-requiring needs to the programming team and collaborating during implementation;
• Analyzing database structure and table relationships to find the most suitable solution;
• Coordination and administration of daily tasks.

We expect you to:

• Have a degree in science or technology;
• Have analytical thinking;
• Have good communication and collaboration skills;
• Understand the importance of deadlines and be able to meet them.

Additional advantages:

• Have work experience in the logistics field;
• Have programming experience and have worked with HTML, CSS, SQL or JavaScript (JS).
