- UAB „Heston Airlines“
THE CREW DISPATCHER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations (duty and flight time limitations, Company manuals, Fatigue Risk Management);
- Continuous tracking, monitoring and modification of the crew rosters during day-to-day operations, ensuring all flights are covered in case of reschedule or ad-hoc flights;
- Crew accommodation and travel management;
- Notification of crew members of roster changes;
- Monitoring of crews’ on time check in for flights and other duties;
- Multi-tasking among several departments and being comfortable with decision making under pressure.
YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE:
- Higher education;
- Fluency in English – written and spoken;
- Good communication, cooperation and teamwork skills, positive attitude;
- Ability to work in shifts, including night time.
WE WILL CONSIDER THE BELOW AS AN ADVANTAGE (not applicable for Junior position):
- Knowledge of flight and duty time limitations requirements for crew members.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in aviation.
