What you'll do

• Coordinate non-food logistics, supply chain distribution, and warehouse stock levels in the Baltics
  
• Communicate with suppliers to secure updates and resolve delivery or damage issues
  
• Monitor promotional deadlines and coordinate with internal departments to solve the daily questions
  
• Assist with quarterly order planning and support long-term strategic development
  
• Conduct competitor analysis and manage extensive data reporting
  
• Handle cross-functional administrative tasks across pricing, marketing, and logistics in a fast-paced environment
  

About you

• Higher education
  
• Background in procurement, logistics or retail supply chain coordination - advantage
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
  
• High stress tolerance, multitasking abilities, and strict adherence to tight deadlines
  
• Advantage Google Sheets skills and strong attention to detail
  
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German, Latvian or Estonian is a strong advantage
  
• Category B driving license is preferred
