Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assisting with the analysis of software requirements to understand functional and performance expectations.
- Designing, documenting, executing and maintaining test cases.
- Identifying, reporting and documenting bugs to the development team.
- Supporting QA team in test data preparation and environment setup.
- Actively learning QA methodologies, tools and processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s degree;
- At least 6 months hands on experience in manual software testing;
- Willingness to work with various testing tools and techniques;
- Exposure to any defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) is beneficial;
- Good understanding of testing methodologies (ISTQB certification or similar is a plus);
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken);
- Strong attention to detail;
- Analytical mindset.
