We are looking for a seafarer to work on a port tugboat in the port of Klaipėda. If you have the necessary maritime qualifications, experience working on ships, and appreciate a clear work schedule, we invite you to join our team.
What do we expect from you:
- A valid seafarer's certificate of competency with an endorsement in accordance with regulation II/4 or II/5 of the STCW Convention (Rating Forming Part of a Navigational Watch / Able Seafarer – Deck);
- A valid special certificate confirming basic training: personal survival techniques, fire safety and fire fighting, first aid, personal safety and social responsibility in accordance with the requirements of the STCW Convention;
- At least 1 year of experience working on ships;
- Responsibility, duty and ability to work in a team.
What will you do?
- You will perform daily deck work on the ship;
- You will participate in the mooring and unmooring, anchoring and towing of the ship;
- You will perform rigging, painting, cleaning, loading and other ship maintenance work;
- You will work with the equipment installed on the ship;
- You will comply with the requirements of occupational safety and health, fire safety and electrical safety.
