We are currently looking for a Sea, Air and Rail Operations Assistant in Vilnius. Join our team and contribute to the smooth movement of goods around the world!
What are you going to do?
- You will track and check the status of orders, provide timely information to customers;
- You will collect the necessary cargo documents from customers and transfer them to customs brokers;
- You will administer documents and invoices in the CRM system;
- You will check prices in the company's agent and partner database;
- You will contribute to the smooth operation of the department and other daily tasks.
What do we expect from you?
- You are studying logistics, transport management or a similar field;
- You are interested in international logistics and supply chains;
- You are responsible, diligent and able to solve tasks independently;
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- You are motivated to gain experience in a dynamic international environment.
