We are looking for a colleague who:
- be responsible for recording cadastral data of immovable objects (land plots and structures) in the Real Estate Cadastre;
- be responsible for marking immovable objects (land plots, engineering structures) on the Real Estate Cadastre map;
- check cadastral data files of immovable objects;
- be responsible for checking land plot plans;
- prepare decisions and reasoned conclusions.
In this position, it is important for us:
- higher education or equivalent (engineering sciences, architecture, landscape architecture, forestry, geology, environmental science, natural geography, informatics engineering study fields) or studying in the last year of these study fields;
- no later than 3 (three) months from the start of employment, the qualification category of a cadastral specialist has been acquired in accordance with the procedure established by the Company;
- knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union necessary to properly perform the functions assigned to this position;
- excellent ability to express thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian, both written and oral;
- ability to work with the Microsoft Office program package and knowledge of information systems necessary to properly perform the functions assigned to this position;
