In this position, you will connect data, people and technology - helping us go beyond the usual market boundaries and set Balcia apart from the rest.

🔸 Develop and continuously update insurance pricing models
🔸 Provide insights and recommendations on pricing issues
🔸 Consult risk assessors and product managers on pricing
🔸 Assist in the development and improvement of insurance products
🔸 Contribute to the development of product systems - automated pricing, testing.
🔸 Analyze product results and, when necessary, propose pricing or process changes
🔸 Follow market trends, analyze them and present conclusions
🔸 Prepare periodic and additional reports for other departments
🔸 Contribute to the preparation of the annual sales and results budget
🔸 Assess non-standard and larger insurance risks based on data
🔸 Participate in strategic group projects where statistical or mathematical justification is required

🔸 You know how to communicate clearly and constructively, even when the situation is difficult
🔸 You are responsible and strive for results, not just completing tasks
🔸 You have your own point of view and are not afraid to propose new solutions
🔸 You are interested in market innovations and know how to look at problems from a different angle

🔸 Higher education in mathematics or economics
🔸 Experience in collecting, processing and analyzing data
🔸 Ability to clearly present data and conclusions
🔸 Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English

You will work in our modern Vilnius office – or, if you prefer a different environment, we have the option to work from Riga, Tallinn, Warsaw or just from home.

Salary – up to 2200 EUR before taxes (depending on experience), plus health insurance from the first day of work, additional days off, discounts on Balcia products and annually updated benefits.
