Kaunas - UAB „KESKO SENUKAI LITHUANIA“
In this position, you will be responsible for the formation and implementation of pricing product transformation, product competitiveness, commercial efficiency and profitability. Coordination of the implementation of individual projects and initiatives. You will work in direct interaction with commerce, IT, processes, finance and e-commerce.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pricing transformation plan – coordinating the progress of initiatives, deadlines and responsibilities across all workflows.
  • Implement an automated pricing system – moving from a manual process to systematic pricing, implementing competitiveness, profitability and repricing logic.
  • Monitor competitors’ pricing policies and customer price perception, identify market opportunities and initiate appropriate pricing decisions.
  • Develop promotional mechanisms – introducing new campaign types, adjusting existing ones and ensuring their compatibility with pricing strategies.
  • Manage pricing conditions for loyalty programs.
  • Measure the impact of pricing decisions on sales and profits, identify deviations from target indicators and initiate corrective actions.
  • Identify risks and suboptimal processes in the pricing system, provide solutions for their elimination.
  • Coordinate the work of IT, finance, category management and e-commerce departments; ensure transparent communication to management and shareholders.
  • Assemble, lead and develop a team — forming a culture of responsibility and competencies necessary for continuous improvement of the pricing system.

We hope you have:

  • Higher education in economics, finance or business management.
  • More than 3 years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis or product management in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking - the ability to evaluate business rules systems in the context of their financial and operational consequences.
  • Result-oriented, high level of independence and initiative, ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written).

Salary

4100-5700 €/mon. gross
The final remuneration is negotiated individually, taking into account the candidate's experience.
